Dear Mr. Khalo:

During the observation in the D'Khalo Cafeteria, appreciate the service customer, the handling of food, also the ability of clients and staff, cleaning in general and policy violations. The Cafeteria is located in a multi-tiered local, it is located on the first floor, next to Banco Santander, the site is entirely in glass is its outside. Inside account with around 10 tables in front is the service counter and there is access to a door where the kitchen is, at the other end there is another gate that leads to the bathroom. Calling the order later approximately 10 to 15 minutes in the process request, collect and dispatch. Order rice cooked with chicken, pink beans, sweet plantain slices and salad, the same were in a dish to bring divisions, right side salad, which was fresh, it was the left side were the sweet plantain slices, who were at their point of cooking, in the downtown area was the rice which had a good smell and appearance, the beans were served in a separate glass equal to all others smelled good. In period 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. saw service customer passed on a routine basis, but I found that customers were not very satisfied with the cleaning in the area of the tables, however the bathrooms and crystals were found clean.
